The Problem
Leads arrived with incomplete budget, timeline, or location info. Manual screening took hours, wasting time on low-intent inquiries while hot prospects sat cold.
What I Built
A custom n8n agent system that listens to Supabase logs. When a lead is captured, it scores client intent (HOT/WARM/COLD) using GPT-4. It immediately triggers a tailored response requesting missing criteria via Gmail API and schedules follow-ups.
The Result
Zero manual qualification. Instant response times, improved lead score visibility, and automatic CRM tracking with no manual data entry.
